Job Description

Reporting to the Logistics Manager :

Ensure control of customer shipments and establish the necessary communication to meet urgent customer requests.

Communicate with customers regarding any problems that may arise during deliveries.

Perform daily checks of the EDI system and create necessary contracts in the system.

Monitor customer delivery performance on a weekly basis; record issues that negatively affect performance in the system and communicate with the customer to correct scores.

Track the current stock levels in the My-Pack (Customer Packaging Management System).

Follow up on import processes of customer packaging held at customs.

Organize project-based (non-serial) shipments.

Conduct customer visits when necessary.

Maintain communication with international carriers.

Qualifications

Graduated from universities with a degree in Industrial Engineering ,

Minimum 1 year of experience in the logistics department,

Proficient in English ,

Preferably experienced in using SAP ,

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs ,

Team-oriented , with strong analytical thinking and communication skills ,

Possesses a proactive approach to work,

For male candidates, military service must be completed ,

Residing in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli .
