Oversee and report on the entire procurement process of approved suppliers, from order to product delivery,

Ensure adherence to procurement procedures and manage purchasing operations accordingly,

Plan supplier visits and accompany relevant departments during evaluations,

Manage the workload distribution, rotation plans, and training needs of procurement staff and ensure necessary actions are taken by informing upper management,

Prepare and share supplier evaluation reports with management,

Monitor and evaluate new supplier developments within the industry,

Supervise leave and attendance processes of the procurement team,

Develop product- and supplier-based purchasing strategies,

Improve existing procurement processes through alternative approaches,

Manage international purchasing operations.

Aradığımız Profil

Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Engineering,

Minimum 15 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a managerial role,

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, agile, and systematic mindset,

Curious, dynamic, and open to learning, innovation, and development,

Proficient in MS Office applications,

Holder of a valid driving license and actively driving,

No restrictions on domestic or international travel,

For male candidates, military service must be completed.
