Partner with business and technical stakeholders in defining solutions, and shaping various Financial Products and services from inception to delivery by aligning with the relevant stakeholders.
Participate as a member of an agile team during development, including research, requirements definition, implementation, testing, and launch efforts
Gather, elicitate, negotiate requirements from various stakeholders, convert them into business analysis outputs (such as Technical Analysis, Business Requirements Definition, Technical Requirements Definition, Solution Design, Functional / Non-Functional Specifications, Acceptance Criteria, Acceptance Test Plan etc.) for various audiences to meet business needs or resolve business problems.
Perform and document functional testing, UAT and regression testing to ensure a defect-free application.
Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to manage conflicting requests and ensure continuous alignment on priorities.
Support the team as a third-level support engineer.
Prepare / update User Manuals,
Contribute to the technical design and development to ensure all business needs are satisfied
What Do We Require :
1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or banking sectors within Turkey. Solid experience as a business analyst in an agile environment with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
Mobile application experience is a plus.
Ability to accurately define the requirements for products and services.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills, can break down complex concepts and adapt communication to different audiences.
In-depth knowledge of the business, processes, applications, information and data of relevant financial products.
