• Lead the development of annual plans, budgets, and rolling forecasts,
• Collaborate with departments to build cost drivers and department-level budgets,
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models to project revenue, cost, headcount, and margin trajectories,
• Design and implement periodic performance reporting decks that include variance analysis such as budget vs. actual, forecast vs. actual,
• Develop and track key financial and operational KPIs to monitor business performance,
• Conduct scenario analysis, unit economics, and feasibility studies for new products, pricing, markets, or investments,
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on performance and forecasts,
• Regularly review operations and recommend new productivity or cost-out initiatives,
• Coordinate with accounting and legal teams on audit and compliance processes,
• Lead project costing, pricing and performance reporting processes,
• Prepare investor presentations, board materials, and fundraising-related outputs,
• Maintain due diligence processes,
• Prepare and support IFRS reporting.
