Supply Chain Planning Specialist

Job Description

Executing production and raw material planning for orders received by the HTL department, and facilitating information exchange with the sales department.

• Ensuring seamless information flow and collaboration among Sales, Graphics, Production (Foreman, Department Leader), and Warehouse units. Actively managing communication for missing information and changes.
• Accurately and completely preparing and tracking production job orders (fouls).
• Daily monitoring of Overdue Reports for assigned accounts, ensuring on-time deliveries according to deadlines, and proactively resolving potential issues.
• Coordinating the order flow across all processes, from order entry to graphic design and mold preparation.
• Meticulously managing customer approval processes (PDF / FAX submission, suspension / hold management).
• Coordinating with Sales Departments to complete and re-route production job orders returned due to missing information or changes (quantity, details).
• Timely notification of raw material shortages causing production delays to the Sales Departments.
• Preparing special reports for assigned accounts, supporting stock control operations, and IC (Inventory Control) purchasing processes.
