The role of Application & End-User Support involves providing first and second-line technical support to front office users and trading desks. The successful candidate will ensure the stability and availability of desktop systems and trading applications, working closely with traders, business managers, and other key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Delivering high-availability support for real-time trading environments
  • Performing root cause analysis for trader-reported issues and providing resolutions
  • Managing desktop systems (Windows 10 / 11), peripherals, and mobile devices
  • Conducting daily health checks and monitoring trading system performance
  • Providing technical advice on platform usage and configuration
  • Collaborating with infrastructure, development, and application teams
  • Ensuring compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and audit requirements
  • Supporting application upgrades, infrastructure changes, and business continuity efforts
  • Maintaining documentation and logging incidents according to ITIL standards

Array

  • Fluent in English and Turkish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in application and end-user support, preferably within trading environments
  • Financial knowledge of Fixed Income products' end to end trade workflow
  • Proficient in SQL and familiar with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
  • Knowledge of operating systems (UNIX, Linux, Windows) and scripting (Python preferred)
  • Familiarity with compiled languages (e.g., Java, C#) is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of front office business processes and trade workflows
  • Experience with tools such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Bloomberg, or Reuters
  • Comfortable working in a high-pressure, client-facing environment
  • Strong problem-solving ability, the ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of middleware (e.g., MQ, Solace), monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, ITRS), and financial regulations is a plus
