About Our Client

Our client is a global transportation, logistics, supply chain, and storage company. We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager for their growing team in Istanbul, Turkey.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Leading a team and be a good team player
• Ensuring inventory accuracy through regular audits and process controls
• Analyzing damage and loss rates to identify trends and propose corrective actions
• Planning and implementing actions aimed at improving inventory quality standards
• Serving as the main contact person for the customer on all quality-related topics
• Preparing and leading presentations in daily and weekly quality meetings with the customer
• Leading, managing, and developing the inventory quality team to maintain high performance
• Monitoring and controlling the costs associated with quality processes, ensuring optimal efficiency
• Managing customer-related budgets, including cost negotiations and financial reporting related to quality operations
