İş tanımıYou genuinely love and have experience of working with children, while confidently communicating with parents / guardians. For this position, a recognized childcare qualification / education will be beneficial. You are a fun and vibrant personality, capable to lead sessions and work as part of an international team. Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure. You are fully conversational in English and ideally German. Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-3 or 3-12 which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments. Take part in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco. Ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines. You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents / guardians’ questions, resolving issues and adapting, if possible, to guests’ requirements.

These positions are based in our TUI BLUE and TUI KIDS CLUB Hotels across Türkiye. If you dont live close to one of the following Hotels, we can provide accommodation :
TUI BLUE Palm Garden, TUI BLUE Pascha Bay, TUI BLUE Sagrigerme Park, TUI KIDS CLUB Turan Prince.
ABOUT OUR OFFER
- Seasonal or permanent contracts available with optional winter work opportunities.
- A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at 26.784₺, and 29.458₺ for candidates with qualifications, net per month.
- Meals and non-alcoholic beverages during hotel opening times are included, as well as uniform.
