About the Role :

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Turkish Speaker) to support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the online and digital advertising sector. You will play a crucial role in helping businesses grow by providing exceptional support across multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone.

Employment Type : Full-time

Work Schedule : 40 hours per week on a rotational shift (Monday to Friday : 7 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM, Saturday and Sunday : 8 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM)

Probation Period : 1 month before contract confirmation

Relocation Package : Available

Responsibilities :

Assist clients in scaling their businesses across different digital advertising platforms.
Provide pre- and post-sales support for self-service advertising products.
Offer product and tool support to enhance the customer experience.
Analyze customer trends and resolve common issues.
Gather product feedback from clients and share insights with the engineering team.
Communicate proactively with clients, offering guidance on best practices and optimizing their use of our solutions.

Requirements :

Native Turkish speaker with B2-level English proficiency.

1 year of experience in customer service or a similar support role.

Familiarity with online advertising and social media platforms.

Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving client needs.
