Sales​

Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

You will be responsible for the retail execution of account and field initiatives by ensuring that cycle plans are implemented successfully.

Your responsibilities

Optimize the distribution and promotions of products in accordance with 4P

Respond to customer needs and queries

Coordinate and report on Reckitt performance with respect to the customer agreement in areas such as order delivery, invoicing / receivables, displays an promotions

Take orders, sell displays, sell 4P concepts, maintain 4P execution

Track and perform all KPI's of company

Manage categories and activities at the customer

The experience we're looking for

University degree, preferably in Business Administration(or similar), Economy or Master's Degree in related fields

2-4 years of experience on related fields preferably in FMCG sector

Advanced English communication skills

Experience in multi-cultural business environment

Strong technical skills, analytical thinking, accurate follow-up and planning skills

Current and active driving license

Advanced level proficiency of Microsoft Office programs
