If you wish to vibe with us, we are looking for  Customer Care Specialist in our Operation Department.

What You'll Do :

  • Act as the primary contact point for all requests and complaints from external stakeholders (MUCs) and internal customers (call center & other departments), ensuring each one is addressed in line with our Customer Obsession philosophy.
  • Take ownership of customer demands and work to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, as measured by regular surveys.
  • Respond to requests in line with personal and team KPIs, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Analyze root causes of complaints, take action to prevent recurrence, and proactively contribute to process improvement.
  • Enhance your own skills continuously to provide proactive, high-quality service, considering every aspect of a request to offer 360-degree support.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer requests with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Serve as the single point of contact throughout the request resolution process, ensuring effective use of all communication channels (email, phone, etc.) to reduce response time and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Ensure that requests received through internal departments are managed completely and effectively, so that MUCs do not need to follow up further.

What Skills Do You Have :

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience in customer experience, financial operations, or planning & analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to use MS Office programs effectively; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • English proficiency at minimum B1 level. (Intermediate)
  • Strong teamwork and coordination skills across departments.
