Data Center O&M Engineer

We are looking for a "Data Center Infrastructure O&M Management Engineer " on behalf of out business partner runs in Telecommunication Industry.

Location : Tuzla, Istanbul

Gebze, Kocaeli

Job Responsibilities :

• Supervise and manage the daily operation and maintenance of the data center supplier (Party B), and ensure that the supplier complies with the service level agreement (SLA).
• Review and optimize O&M plan for data center power system / HVAC / BMS system.
• Analyze energy usage data and make optimization recommendations to improve data center energy efficiency.
• Coordinate and promote the supplier to implement equipment inspection and preventive maintenance.
• Review fault reports and monitor the fault handling process and results of the supplier.
• Participate in the development of data center infrastructure upgrades and expansion plans.
• Review the operation and maintenance SOP of the supplier and provide improvement suggestions.
• Manage the internal O&M team, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the data center meets business needs.
