Senior Project Manager (Hybrid)

Job description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience in leading complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams. The role is based in Istanbul (Asian side) with a hybrid work setting, requiring two days per week onsite.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management processes

Coordinate effectively with development teams, analysts, QA teams, and external vendors

Monitor and manage project risks, timelines, and resources

Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports

Qualifications :

Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager

Proficient in project management methodologies including Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall

Experienced in sprint planning, backlog management, and release processes

Capable of effective communication and coordination between development teams, analysts, QA teams, and external vendors by understanding technical language

Skilled in using project and task management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, and Git

Experienced in risk, time, and resource management
