  • Als Support Consultant bist du der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden zu allen SAP-Vertriebsthemen
  • Du implementierst Korrekturen in deinem Fachbereich in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Basis-Consultants
  • Dein vielfältiges Aufgabengebiet umfasst dabei die Annahme, Analyse und Lösung bzw. Weiterleitung von Kundenmeldungen und Tickets sowie deren Nachverfolgung und Rückmeldung an den Kunden mithilfe des gruppeneigenen Ticket Systems
  • Dabei behälst du die jeweiligen Service Level Agreements (SLA) mit unseren Kunden stets im Auge und stellst die Durchführung eines definierten Eskalationsprozesses bei Nichteinhaltung sicher
  • Zu deinem Tätigkeitsgebiet gehört ebenfalls die Erarbeitung von Lösungen gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden für die unternehmenskritischen Prozesse
  • Im Rahmen einer Spot-Beratung stehst du unseren Kunden über Telefon und elektronische Supportmedien ganzheitlich zur Seite und empfiehlst geeignete Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten, u. a. auf dem Gebiet der Softwareanwendungen
  • Durch deine Betreuung schaffst du für unsere Kunden die Basis für eine schnelle und sichere Kommunikation sowie Lösungsfindung und trägst wesentlich zur besseren Kundenbindung bei
