As they lay the foundation for a high-impact platform, we're looking for a CTO to join the founding leadership team. This isn’t just a technical role — it’s a chance to shape the product, build the team from scratch, and co-own the roadmap from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead all technical decisions and architecture for the core platform
- Build and manage the engineering team (from hiring to mentoring)
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and product leads to bring ideas to life
- Set up development processes, tech stack, and a culture of shipping fast and clean
- Balance speed with scalability — and build with a long-term product vision in mind
