What you’ll be doing :
Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chatsIdentify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods / toolsMeet personal / customer service team targets and call-handling quotasKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesThe Profile
Requirements :
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representativeFluent in GermanGood level of EnglishStrong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behaveStrong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skillsStrong written skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environmentSense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s successThe Employer
