We are now looking to expand our team in Türkiye with a dedicated and driven : Production Manager – Plastics

Your Responsibilities

To achieve world-class manufacturing targets through sound management skills in line with lean manufacturing principles.

Ensure customer deliveries are met On Time and In Full with the right quality.

Supervising performance and conduct of employees (20 full time colleagues onsite) and ensuring that safety, housekeeping and ISO standards are maintained.

Your Profile

• Experience in a production environment of a manufacturing entity
• Experience in a supervisory or management capacity
• Computer literacy – working with an integrated ERP system and working on MS Office Suite
• Skills in managing processes and process improvement
• Ability to track and reduce manufacturing waste using OPEX initiatives
• Experience in scheduling production planning with the planner to maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Excellent communication skills –in Turkish and English – with a confident, trustworthy, and persuasive approach.
