Dein Profil :

  • Berufserfahrung im HR - Branchenerfahrungen im Service Center sind wünschenswert
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • du bist zuverlässig, belastbar und hast das Talent dich selbst zu organisieren
  • du bist selbst stark daran interessiert, dich in vielen Themen (Technik, Tools und Methoden) weiterzuentwickeln
  • sicherer Umgang mit PC und MS-Office

    • Deine Aufgaben :

  • Termin- und qualitätsgerechte Erledigung des operativen HR-Tagesgeschäftes
  • Personalstammdatenanlage und –pflege in HR-Systemen
  • Betreuung bei personaladministrativen Fragen
  • Erstellen von Statistiken und Auswertungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung aller personaladministrativer Prozesse
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten und Übernahme von Sonderthemen
  • Kommunikation mit internen und externen Schnittstellen
