We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team in Kocaeli, Türkiye . In this role, you will be responsible for performing all sourcing, purchasing, contracting, and tendering activities within DP World Yarımca and DP World Group Companies in Türkiye.

Your Responsibilities :

• Build and develop relationships with suppliers and internal customers.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on procurement activities, ensuring customer and stakeholder expectations are met in line with agreed plans.
• Plan procurement targets and strategies aligned with the Group's and Company's objectives.
• Ensure payments made by the Finance Department adhere to specified purchasing terms.
• Receive quotations for purchase requests in the ERP Program, create purchase orders based on evaluations, and submit orders to relevant suppliers upon completion of approvals.
• Organize and monitor logistics and import processes for materials supplied from abroad.
• Oversee supplier operations to ensure compliance with contracts.
• Conduct procurement of materials, machinery, spare parts, and services from domestic and global markets in accordance with Group / Company policies on quality, environment, health and safety, and information security, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Register suppliers in the ERP system and support them in using the system.
• Plan and conduct periodic supplier evaluations and audits.
• Prepare necessary customs permits for purchased materials / services and visitors, follow up on the permit process, and share them with suppliers.
