As a Business Support Officer, you are going to provide the EMEA Sales department with Sales support, operational advice and secretary services (as needed) to assist them in performing their duties, and to act as first point of contact with people inside and outside the organization (e.g. Customers).

Key responsibilities :
- Managing Customer Requests : Being first point of contact interacting with Internal Functions for Customers regarding Sales Support requests, as entry point for handling information, documentation, questionnaires, product quality complaints, sampling and Customer Portal.
- Providing Administrative Support : Supporting Sales Team on systems / processes, sales contracts, documents, presentations, signatures, folder maintenance, organizing customer visits and marketing events, meeting minutes, sales statistics extractions & analysis, internal invoices.
- Providing Facility Service : Providing administrative, secretarial support, office supplies, arranging meetings & external events, travel & accommodation, welcoming guests.
