Job descriptionResponsible for bidding documents, organize the review & approval process, signature & stamp process Organizing ATB (authorized to bidding) meeting, to finalize bidding agreement Organizing PPQ (project price quotation), organizing the review & approval process Prepare commercial solutions and bidding documents. Contract Handover, billing management, penalty management, and contract closure to ensure high-quality, and high efficiency contract fulfillment management.
Requirements
- Bachelor or above, Finance / Business Management / International Trade / Law major preferred
- 1-3 years’ work experience in Contract commercial domain
- Being fluent in English and Chinese language is a plus.
- Knowledge and skills related to contract commerce are preferred, such as commercial management, legal, international trade, finance, basic telecommunications knowledge would be an advantage.
- Be familiar with commercial contract reading, writing knowledge and negotiation skills, operating tools and processes, customer understanding and communication.
- Willingness to accept challenges, good team work.
- Open to work onsite
