By working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will ensure that congresses, meetings, and sponsorship activities are delivered in line with regulations, company standards, and strategic priorities. Your contribution directly supports operational excellence, compliance, and the company’s trusted presence in the healthcare ecosystem.

Ferring+You

We are looking for a proactive professional to support the planning and execution of marketing and medical events, congresses, and meetings in full compliance with regulations and company policies.

Your day at Ferring

 Coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing & medical events and congresses

(planning, budgeting, logistics, vendors, travel, contracts)

 Manage MoH-related processes including congress approvals, disclosures, and sponsorship submissions (MoH systems)

 Ensure full compliance with company SOPs, local regulations, and industry codes

(EFPIA, PhRMA, local regulations)

 Handle event-related administrative processes

(POs(purchase orders), contracts, payments, invoices, documentation, archiving)

 Act as a key liaison between internal teams, Compliance, agencies, suppliers, and external partners

 Track and report marketing expenses by event

Behind our collaboration…There’s you

 Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

 Extensive practical experience in a pharmaceutical company, complemented by prior tourism agency experience in event and congress operations

 Strong knowledge of MoH processes and compliance requirements

 Ability to organize, coordinate, and communicate effectively across stakeholders

 Proficient in MS Office; SAP / Coupa experience is a plus

 Fluent in English (written & spoken)
