• Your Impact : Support project delivery by preparing research analyses, Excel models, and concise presentations that inform client decision-making on strategy and digital transformation topics Conduct market, competitor, and trend research to identify opportunities and risks, providing actionable insights for the team Assist with process reviews and digital initiatives , helping optimize workflows and improve outcomes Contribute to business planning and digital roadmaps by gathering data, building forecasts, and summarizing findings for internal and client presentations Coordinate day-to-day project tasks , ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards Collaborate with consultants and cross-functional teams to learn structured problem-solving and support effective stakeholder communication   What You Bring to the Table : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

0–3 years of total experience , with minimum 1 year in a consulting or project-based role preferred Familiarity with financial services and digital business models (banking products, fintech trends, digital channels) Ability to break down complex problems, perform structured analysis, and synthesize insights Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (experience with data visualization or BI tools is a plus) Curiosity and drive to learn about market trends, digital products, and innovation in banking / fintech Clear communication and teamwork skills , with the ability to contribute effectively in collaborative settings Motivation to grow into a consulting role with increasing responsibility over time   Benefits and Perks  We highly value :  A mentally and physically enabling environment where Best People want to be part of; we always respect and invest in talent to foster team success.   Growth and Development :  Be part of a growing global team of professionals with training and support to help you grow.
