Job description

We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to join our HR team in Antalya Office in Türkiye. The role will report to the HR Manager and must be a team player who will ensure the requests from the management team & team members.

Description

Being responsible for all HR operations; payroll, payslip operations, onboarding, exit process, career management processes,
Following up on hiring decisions; documentation process for employee hiring,
Realizing and following up on employee engagement activities,
Performance management, exit and disiplinary processes
Preparing weekly / montly reports and following HR budget
Executing day-to-day operations of all HR functions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree,

At least 2 years experiences of in Human Resources, Employee Relations, and Employee Engagement

Good written and verbal communication skills in English,

Strong communication skills,

Based in Antalya,

Fluent in English (both excellent written and verbal communication skills),

Strong communication skills and Strong self-motivation, ability to promote new ideas

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

Having a good command of Labor Law and SSI legislation, following current developments
