The company operates a cutting-edge platform for online trading in currency contracts and precious metals under Margin Trading conditions. Our services cater to a broad spectrum of clients, including retail traders, institutional investors, portfolio managers, business partners, and affiliates. We provide a comprehensive suite of trading instruments, platforms, and account types tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

Requirements

  • Languages required : Fluent English and Turkish. Additional language skills, particularly those relevant to Turkey financial markets, are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent professional background.
  • Proven experience in strategic leadership within international financial services or brokerage firms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate multicultural environments effectively.

Responsibilities & Duties

The Country Manager will spearhead xChief’s operations and growth initiatives within the Turkey, focusing on strategic development, partner relations, and market penetration. The role demands a proactive leader with a deep understanding of regional dynamics and a track record of driving business success through effective partner networks.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of xChief’s trading services and global and regional infrastructure
  • Leading the recruitment, development, and performance management of regional IB partners
  • Crafting and implementing market-specific strategies to expand business reach
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international regulatory frameworks
  • Evaluating IB performance metrics and implementing continuous improvement plans
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for regional partners and stakeholders
  • Managing CRM systems to maintain accurate partner and client records
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and excellence across all operations
