Job Description

• Support the accounting & finance department in tax-related strategic decision-making
• Execute tax transactions in accordance with statutory and international legislation
• Manage company tax planning, preparation, and reporting of projections
• Handle correspondence and tax cases with tax authorities and institutions, including responses to information requests and tax inspections
• Monitor and report changes in tax laws and regulations
• Prepare and coordinate monthly and periodic tax declarations (VAT, withholding, stamp duty, SCT, BA / BS, temporary and corporate tax, GEKAP) in collaboration with tax consultants
• Create circulars based on statutory and international tax legislation
• Prepare VAT returns and manage tax documentation and collections
• Review contracts for stamp tax and incentives, and manage KEP messages for return invoices
• Guide other workstreams on tax management and planning
• Create purchase requests for services and goods in the accounting function
• Manage tax document and archive processes
• Coordinate tax incentive processes and update tax management procedures
• Establish and report on risk management controls related to tax
