What you’ll do
- Manage the performance of the managed dealer (s) aligned with Vodafone Strategies
- Ensure that the dealer and sales teams work aligned with Vodafone rules and standards
- Set the sales strategies within the assigned territory in line with company sales and overall strategies
- Manage and coach the sales team of the dealer, make pipeline managment, make joint customer visits with the sales team
- Ensure that the assigned sectors and customers are fully utilized in terms of Vodafone products and services ( mobile, fixed and solutions)
- Work in cooperation with Solution Sales Team, Pricing, Product, Marketing teams and all the other relevant parties to boost performance
- Create other partners in the responsible region
- Be responsible for ensuring the executives and their respective sales markets meet and exceed all sales, operational and performance objectives by providing training, development and coaching.
- Work closely with solution sales teams to generate sales opportunities and targeting potential customers
- Ensures sales teams are motivated and that accounts and opportunities are allocated to maximize revenue growth
- Be responsible for recruiting, training, evaluating and supervising the managers and maintaining appropriate staffing levels to achieve the goals
- Ensures diversity and attrition targets within sales teams are met
- Work with HR and Frontline teams to develop and empower his / her team
- Guarantees team’s compliance with Sales methods & tools ( SFDC quality) to ensure alignment with other teams and functions
Who you are
University degreeExperience in Telecommunication sector and B2B sales (especially in the field of Fixed solutions)10 years+ experience in sales managementAbility to think strategically and drive transformational sales programmes for the teamGood negotiation skills and team management skillsVery good written and verbal communication skills both in EnglishAble to deal with a rapidly changing environment and able to lead change where necessaryCapable of working for projects in a matrix-organisation
