Position Overview

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Partner to join us on our growth journey. In this role, you’ll drive market expansion in Türkiye and international regions , helping us build partnerships, onboard clients, and position Averdire as a go-to SaaS-enabled AI & digital transformation partner .

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a start-up poised for global scale .

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies targeting local clients in Türkiye and global SaaS markets.
  • Build strong relationships with startups, SMEs, and enterprises adopting AI / ML and digital transformation.
  • Represent Averdire at local and international tech events, SaaS forums, and networking opportunities .
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft custom proposals, SaaS demos, and solutions .
  • Drive sales pipelines and contribute directly to startup revenue growth .

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT sales, SaaS, or B2B tech business development.
  • Solid understanding of AI / ML applications and their role in digital growth.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; bilingual in Turkish & English is required.
  • Experience working with international clients or cross-border business development is a strong plus.
  • A start-up mindset — entrepreneurial, adaptable, and eager to grow with the company.
