Part Time Working Student (Team Assistant)

We are looking for a Part Time Working Student (Team Assistant) for our R&D Department. This role will be responsible for supporting office activities. What part will you play?

• Providing accounting and clerical support to accounting department
• Providing support on paperwork & filing to Procurement department
• Performing regular administrative routine duties such as purchase of Office Equipment, stationery, manage pantry inventory, letter collections
• Organizing team meetings or customer visit and events such as Townhall and Department activities
• Creating Purchase Requisitions for any order placed by the team
• Performing any other duties / jobs assigned by superior or management
