DevOps Customer Support Engineer

Brief Job Description :

• Participate requirement analysis, high and low level design of requirements, implementation and testing.
• Automate everything what you can.
• Create pipeline flows.
• Coordination with other developers for cross-functional requirements implementation and tests.
• Resolve issues proactively to deliver high quality products based on customers’ needs.
• Take ownership and responsibility for solutions provided.
• Work with team members collaboratively, complete code and document reviews and report issues on demand.
• Administer and optimize tools such as RabbitMQ, Redis, Hive, and Trino to improve application performance. Familiar with Elasticsearch for search and real-time analytics. Oversee the transition from Nexus to newer tools and technologies, ensuring smooth migration.

Requirements

Familiarity with Nexus, and experience migrating or phasing out legacy systems.
