Overview

Servicecore provides Enterprise Service Management Software.

Our solutions modernize service management with easy-to-use and configurable tools. We help businesses improve efficiency and streamline service management processes.

Important : This role requires mid-to-senior level experience. Applicants who do not meet the qualifications will not be considered.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Software Engineer (Mid-Senior) .

You will develop software, program, work with databases, and design systems. You will also test, debug, and ensure quality in the full software lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Build new modules in modern SaaS projects
Apply Clean Architecture and DDD principles
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Windsurf) to code and create test projects
Apply a professional approach to SDLC (TDD, BDD, code review, versioning)
Strengthen CI / CD, automation, and monitoring
Build scalable cloud solutions (Azure preferred)

Qualifications

Proficient in software development and programming

Experience with databases and software design

Skilled in testing (unit, integration, load) and debugging

Able to generate tests with AI and integrate into CI / CD

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Able to work independently and remotely

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

5+ years professional software development experience with these technologies.
