II - Who We Are Looking For?

New Mind AI is seeking a talented and passionate Taxonomy Expert to join our growing team. As a Taxonomy Expert, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our robust taxonomies and ontologies, ensuring the effective organization and understanding of our vast data assets. You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and managing the taxonomies across various domains, including LegalTech, FinTech, InsurTech, SupTech, and AI, ensuring consistency and accuracy in data classification. We're looking for someone who shares our passion for understanding the nuances of language and the power of words to shape meaning.

III - What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

i) Develop, implement, and maintain taxonomies and ontologies for various domains; (ii) Analyze data structures and identify opportunities for improvement in taxonomy organization and efficiency; (iii) Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to ensure the integration of taxonomies into our AI models and applications; (iv) Conduct ongoing research and analysis of industry trends and best practices in data taxonomy and knowledge management; (v) Document and maintain taxonomy standards and procedures, ensuring consistency and clarity across the organization.

IV - What Is Required from You?

i) Education : bachelor's or Master's degree in Library and Information Science, Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field; (ii) Experience : proven experience in developing and managing taxonomies and ontologies; experience with LegalTech, FinTech, InsurTech, SupTech, or AI domains is a plus; (iii) Expertise : strong understanding of data structures, information organization, and semantic relationships; proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools; A strong understanding of Knowledge Graph concepts and their application in data organization would be highly beneficial. (iv) Knowledge : familiar with industry standards and best practices for data taxonomy and ontology development; knowledge of semantic web technologies and RDF / OWL is a plus; (v) Skills : excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy; (vi) Language : proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus; (vii) Competencies : strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for data organization and knowledge management.
