We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires a rare blend of technical fluency, product understanding, and commercial drive. The ideal candidate brings both a solid technical foundation and hands-on experience in client-facing roles, including outbound sales, solution selling, and business development.
This role is instrumental in strengthening our presence in international markets, working closely with both customers and internal teams to translate business needs into actionable product insights and commercial success.
Job Description
- Lead the technical sales cycle for enterprise and strategic clients, translating complex customer needs into tailored product solutions and successful commercial outcomes
- Participate in technical sales process, focusing on enterprise and strategic accounts, and supporting the sales cycle through to closing deals
- Join customer meetings and technical presentations, effectively communicating value propositions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Conduct continuous market and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, feature gaps, and emerging value propositions
- Translate market insights into actionable input for product and business strategy
- Work closely with the Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions address real customer pain points and stand out competitively
- Support pricing strategy development and take an active role in structuring commercial offers
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts
- Maintain a deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on go-to-market priorities and roadmap planning
- Represent Yazara externally with professionalism and credibility, including client interactions, industry events, and partner engagements
Necessary Skills and Experiences
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related fieldStrong technical background with a solid understanding of software architectures and product life cyclesMinimum 6–8 years of experience in roles such as sales engineering, technical account management, product management, or outbound business developmentProven track record in B2B sales or enterprise customer engagements, preferably in fintech, payments, SaaS, or enterprise software domainsStrong knowledge of commercial processes including pricing, ROI analysis, and contract negotiationExperience working directly with customers in global and multicultural environmentsExcellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and spokenAbility to quickly understand new industries, technologies, and market dynamicsStrong ownership mindset, able to drive outcomes independently while collaborating across teamsNice to Have
