Job description

Business Analyst (Loans)

Location : Istanbul

Work Type : Remote

Benefits : Private Health Insurance, Meal Allowance

Responsibilities :

Analyze business requirements related to loan processes and document them
Act as a bridge between business units and software development teams
Analyze the loan lifecycle (approval, disbursement, repayment, collections) and identify opportunities for improvement
Prepare functional analysis documents, test scenarios, and user stories
Play an active role in software development, testing, and go-live phases
Design products and processes in compliance with participation banking principles

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or related fields

Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience in the banking sector, preferably in participation banking loan processes

In-depth knowledge of workflows, products, and processes in the loans domain

Experience with analysis and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio, etc.)

Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

A team player, proactive, and solution-oriented

Preferably familiar with the BOA banking package
