Superpowers

you have are

2+ years experience in the GameDev industry as a 2D Artist or Concept Artist;
Experience working as a Project Lead;
High standards of work quality and artistic taste;
Good at an objective evaluation of the team’s work and giving constructive feedback;
Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset to work in dynamic, creative environments;
Intermediate+ English level (written and spoken) for seamless collaboration and documentation.

As a part of Room 8

studio, you will

Create 2D stylized art, including backgrounds, props, environments, and icons, ranging from sketches to final renderings. The styles can vary from cartoon to semi-realistic;

Collaborate daily with the project team, which consists of artists and art producers;

Assign tasks to team members within the project team;

Participate in client meetings;

Estimate project timelines and requirements.
