Demand Planning and Reporting Manager

Position purpose :

You will be managing demand planning, ensuring timely updates in SAP, optimizing supply network operations, and forecasting sales volumes accurately. Collaborating closely with production planning and other teams, you'll contribute to efficient inventory management and drive corrective actions when needed. Additionally, you'll lead or participate in exciting supply chain projects and other cross-functional initiatives within the company.

What will you do – responsibilities :

Demand Planning :

• Responsible for preparing annual and strategic sales volume plan by reviewing historical sales trends and demand drivers in line with business strategies
• Responsible for providing alternative sales volume scenarios for business analysis
• Analyzing category / brand year-on-year (YOY) sales performances and market share trends to build short, mid and long-term sales / volume forecasts on SKU level.
• Providing sales volume forecast for new product launches and re-launches and coordinating the launch plans with all related stakeholders
