Job description

Accountable for the procurement process within the category

Maintaining records of acquisitions by generating purchase orders through ERP software (SAP)

Verifying invoices for accuracy

Maintaining and strengthening the network and relationships with suppliers

Conducting market research to identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative supplier and contractor sources

Assessing supplier performance to ensure consistent quality in delivery and service, in accordance with company guidelines

Compiling reports to monitor budget and purchasing performance

Ongoing coordination and communication with internal stakeholders

Array

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or related fields
Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable role
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken is must
Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools
Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Focused on quality and detail-oriented
Adaptable and eager to learn and grow
No limitations on travel
