Customer Service Representative (Dutch Speaker)

About the Role
We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our remote support team. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure excellent service standards are maintained. Responsibilities
Support customers via inbound calls (emails may be added later).
Handle requests
Deliver outstanding customer service to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Take part in team meetings, coaching sessions, and feedback programs.

Work Schedule
Operating hours : 09 : 00-20 : 00 CET (Summer), 09 : 00-21 : 00 CET (Winter).
Rotating shifts : 09 : 00-18 : 00, 10 : 00-19 : 00, 11 : 00-20 : 00, 12 : 00-21 : 00, 13 : 00-22 : 00.
Daily schedule includes a 1-hour break.
Days off : 2 per week (Sunday fixed + 1 variable day).
Public holiday shifts are required (paid at 2x rate by law).
Training
Duration : 2 weeks (weekdays only, weekends off).
Hours : 09 : 00-18 : 00 or 10 : 00-19 : 00.
Format : Online.
Attendance is mandatory.
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch (C1 / C2 level) mandatory.
Residing in Turkey and able to work remotely.
Strong computer literacy and problem-solving skills.
