Job description
Proven track record in sales with a strong target-driven mindset. Preferably a proactive “hunter” who is highly motivated to pursue new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Ability to identify and develop key accounts in the Turkish market.
Drive customer adoption and satisfaction through effective engagement and relationship management. Lead contract negotiations and build long-term, strategic partnerships with key clients.
Consistently achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and strategic business objectives.
Coordinate and align internal resources—including sales, solutions, and service teams—to meet performance goals and client expectations.
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with partners to broaden market reach and boost solution adoption.
Lead the development of localized solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring effective collaboration with relevant partners.
Requirements
Experience in public cloud business development or with cloud-native solutions.
Experience working with one or more of the top three public cloud providers (preferred).
Excellent communication skills, strong team orientation, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Proven ability to identify, develop, negotiate, and close large-scale IT and public cloud deals.
