We are looking for a "Marketing Manager" teammate to be assigned to the Marketing Directorate within Beyaz Kağıt ve Hygienic Cleaning Products Industry and Trade Inc., who will be able to lead the further strengthening of our culture focused on continuous development, and who meets the qualifications specified below.
General qualifications
- Graduated from relevant departments of universities (preferably Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering etc.)
- MBA & Master\'s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing
- At least 10-15 years of full-time brand management and marketing experience in the FMCG sector
- Team management experience in Marketing and Brand Management
- Experienced in Launch and New Product Development Processes
- Experienced in analyzing market and consumer research reports and drawing conclusions
- Dynamic and good team player
- Strong presentation / communication / leadership skills
- Strong analytical thinking skills and problem solving skills
- Good command of English
- Good use of MS Office applications

Lead the management of relevant categories and brandsWork on long-term strategies of brands and follow up marketing targets with his / her teamDevelop correct competitive strategies by understanding the market well in line with consumer needs and offering appropriate solutionsManage brand positioning, product launch, relaunch, communication campaign processes in domestic and international markets; ensure coordination with all relevant functionsRegularly monitor the market, categories and brands with their KPIs, suggest and implement relevant marketing actionsRepresent the brand by traveling domestically and internationally, meeting with stakeholders when necessaryGuide his / her team, contribute to their development and manage their performance in line with annual targetsActively participate in domestic and international fairs, seminars and sectoral events; will represent the brandWill monitor and report marketing performance metrics (campaign results, return rates, etc.) and offer suggestions for areas of developmentWill prepare market analyses, make suggestions for competition - performance and pricing strategies and regularly report these analyses to the managerWill coordinate with R&D, Sales, Purchasing and Production departments in improving existing products and developing new productsWill conduct target audience analyses in line with marketing strategies and develop communication and positioning suggestions suitable for this audienceWill develop projects for new opportunities and business development and offer suggestionsSeniority level
