- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits functions
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost analysis, and HR analytics
- Knowledge of Labour Law, regulations and procedures
- Strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills with the ability to run comprehensive analysis, digging into the numbers and focus on details
- Strong reporting skills
- Fluency in English
