Business Analyst (Core Banking) - Remote

At Amaris Consulting, we are expanding our team with talented Business Analysts who have hands-on experience in one or more core banking domains such as Deposits, Loans, or Credit Allocation . If you have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of banking processes, and a passion for driving digital transformation in financial services, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business needs, gather and document requirements across core banking modules (Deposits, Loans, Credit Allocation / Tahsis).

Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.

Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.

Support end-to-end project lifecycle including UAT, documentation, and process improvements.

Collaborate with stakeholders from business and IT to align expectations and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies within banking processes and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector.

Practical experience in at least one of the following domains :

• CRM
• Customer onboarding

Strong understanding of banking workflows, products, and operational processes.

Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and process analysis.

Ability to collaborate efficiently in remote, cross-functional teams.

Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

Experience with core banking systems or digital banking transformations.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Technical understanding sufficient to communicate with development teams.
