The Job

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Affiliate to lead our affiliate marketing department with a particular focus on social and influencer traffic . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multi-geo environment , has a strong grasp of revshare models , and knows how to build and lead high-performing teams — with a special focus on Turkey and surrounding markets .

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy across key markets (Turkey, Asia, CIS).
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of affiliate managers and support staff.
  • Establish and grow strong partnerships with influencers, social traffic owners, and media partners .
  • Optimize the revshare model to drive long-term, high-value player acquisition.
  • Identify new affiliate opportunities and build a diverse partner portfolio across multiple GEOs.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze traffic quality, and ensure performance targets are met.
  • Collaborate with product, CRM, and analytics teams to align on campaign strategy and retention efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

  • The Profile

    Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role .
  • Proven success working with social and influencer traffic in the iGaming industry.
  • Experience building and scaling affiliate programs in Turkey (mandatory), with additional exposure to CIS and / or Asian markets considered a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the revshare model and its implementation across various affiliate types.
  • Confident in team building , including hiring, training, and developing affiliate professionals.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude and strong negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Turkish in order to be able to cover our business requirements in English and Turkish markets.
