Job Description

Support the purchasing team in daily operations and reporting.

Create purchase orders and track the delivery of parts.

Enhance purchasing reports using Power BI.

Monitor the escalation list on a daily basis.

Coordinate with project and engineering teams.

Identify, negotiate, and contract with suppliers.

Check EDI workflows daily.

Manage supplier documentation via SRM.

Maintain and organize archive documentation.

Create and update info records.

Monitor stock levels and control inventory.

Assist with customs-related issues, such as missing documentation.

Qualifications

3rd-year

undergraduate or postgraduate student in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Available to work

3 days

a week.

Fluent in English.

Proficient in

MS Office

Power BI

knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

Strong goal and result orientation.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
