About this Position
In this role, you will be responsible for managing demand planning and sales forecasting in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams. You’ll ensure accurate short- and long-term forecasts to support timely procurement, production, and distribution. Additionally, you will play a key role in the S&OP process, manage inventory for slow-moving and Co-Pack products, and drive key supply chain KPIs such as forecast accuracy and service level.
What you´ll do
- Responsible for managing the demand planning and forecasting in coordination with local Sales & Marketing departments
- Monitoring of quality and reasonability of sales forecasts regarding timings, activities and company targets
- Ensuring that both short and long-term demand is properly forecasted and communicated to Planning Operations for on time procurement, production planning and distribution & delivery
- Taking active role on Sales and Operations Planning process (S&OP)
- Linking with Marketing / KAM's and Supply Chain responsible on the phase in - phase out management of New & Discontinued products
- Tracking of slow mover goods, and reducing stocks with actively planning with Sales, Marketing and Category Management teams
- Achievement of Supply Chain KPIs - Sales Forecasting Accuracy, BIAS, Service Level, Slow Moving Items
- Managing Co-Pack Production Planning Process - Relabeling and / or mix case (with 3rd Party Manufacturer)
- Leading Inventory Management & Risk Assesment for CoPack products
- Supporting local production with reworking operations
