Job descriptionCurrently pursuing or recently graduated in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, No prior professional experience required : personal, academic, internship, open-source projects, or other job experience all count, while prior industry experience is a plus, Familiarity with Python or Node.js, and exposure to internal tool platforms such as Retool, Airtable, n8n, Strapi. Experience with Next.js or backend frameworks like Python FastAPI is a plus, Experience with AWS Lambda and cloud based automation is a plus but not required, Strong problem-solving mindset, effective communication, curiosity, and comfort asking questions, Fluency in English, both verbal and written, Ability to work on-site for five days during the summer break, and at least three days during the academic year, Hustler at heart -> ✨ Work from Istanbul’s most vibrant office — Kolektif Levent 🍱 Daily meal allowance + transportation support ☕ Unlimited coffee, tea, and all the snacks your brain needs
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and enhance internal tools using Retool, Airtable, n8n, Strapi, and Firebase,
- Automate workflows and processes using Python and Node.js, with exposure to AWS Lambda and other serverless solutions,
- Collaborate with the backend team to integrate and optimize internal systems,
- Document and share learnings through "how-to" guides, and test / improve tools based on team feedback,
- Research and prototype new automation frameworks, exploring emerging technologies.
