About this Position

We are seeking a dynamic Commercial & Sales

Excellence Manager to join our Adhesives Technologies, Consumer

& Craftsmen business unit

and shape the excellence agenda across the IMEA region. In this role, you will

set the strategic direction for commercial and sales effectiveness, act as the

key link between global and regional priorities, and drive initiatives that

build capabilities and deliver sustainable growth. Would you dare to

What you´ll do

Shape the regional Commercial & Sales Excellence

agenda by designing standards, methodologies, and KPIs that elevate

go-to-market effectiveness across the region.

Act as the regional lead for strategic initiatives such

as CRM transformation, advanced profit and loss (P&L) planning tools,

and other global Commercial & Sales Excellence programs, ensuring

successful implementation, adoption, and alignment with IMEA business

priorities.

Drive the regional data & insights agenda, to shape

strategy, guide executive decision-making, and enable measurable business

impact.

Lead capability-building initiatives across sales and

commercial teams to embed best practices and elevate organizational

performance.

Provide strategic guidance on pricing and category

management, ensuring consistency and customer-centric approaches across

markets.

Foster continuous improvement

to ensure IMEA remains agile, competitive, and aligned with global

Commercial & Sales Excellence standards.

What makes you a good fit

BSc / BA Degree in Industrial

Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferable

8 to 10 years of experience in

relevant fields such as commercial excellence, sales, or sales management

Strong communication and

interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with

professionals at all organizational levels

Ability to review complex data,

extract key insights, and remain open to learning new skills

  • Strong strategic thinking and growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive continuous improvement and long-term development

Advanced user of MS Office

applications, especially Excel & PowerPoint

Excellent oral and written

communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively

with all levels of management
