What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a technically strong and detail-obsessed Senior Website Developer to help elevate Insider’s web platform. Reporting to the Website Development Director, you’ll take on key responsibilities across development, optimization, and component system design — working hand-in-hand with Design, SEO, and Regional Marketing to deliver a blazing-fast, modular, and scalable site experience.You’ll play a pivotal role in building systems that speed up global launches, improve code consistency, and ensure that every page we ship is optimized for performance, UX, and growth.

You’ll succeed in this role if you :

• Think in systems, not just pages — and love building scalable frontend frameworks
• Are highly comfortable with modern WordPress development and PHP-based workflows
• Can optimize for performance without compromising UX
• Can guide junior developers and streamline frontend output for global consistency
• Are familiar with CI / CD, staging, and structured deployment flows
• Enjoy collaborating with design, marketing, and cross-functional teams
