Job description

Amaris Consulting is looking for a skilled Mid / Senior Java Developer to support digital transformation and modernization projects in enterprise environments. This is a full remote position, with optional access to the Libadiye office.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Java and Spring Boot .

Participate in code reviews and ensure the implementation of best practices.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable microservices.

Contribute to system architecture and help transition legacy applications into modern, containerized microservice environments.

Optimize application performance and ensure the security and scalability of systems.

Maintain documentation and provide technical support throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications :

Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot .

Familiarity with microservices architecture and best practices.

Preferably experienced with one or more of the following technologies :

Kubernetes

Docker

OpenShift

Experience working on microservice migration or transformation projects is a plus.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment .

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to write clean, maintainable code.

Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
