Our client is a globally recognized financial institution with a strong footprint across international markets. As part of their ongoing strategic expansion in Turkey, they are looking to hire a highly qualified and driven Capital Markets VP to lead the origination and execution of capital markets transactions across the region. This is a senior leadership role with significant visibility and impact, offering the opportunity to work within a high-caliber team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of capital markets transactions, including Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Equity Capital Markets (ECM), and structured financing solutions .
  • Provide strategic advice to corporate clients, financial institutions, and government-related entities on funding strategies, market conditions, and transaction timing .
  • Develop and manage senior-level relationships with key stakeholders, positioning the institution as a trusted advisor in the Turkish market.
  • Drive end-to-end transaction processes , including pitching, structuring, documentation, negotiation, and execution.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a high-performance culture within the capital markets team.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Structured Finance, ideally within a leading global or regional financial institution.
  • Proven expertise in DCM, ECM, derivatives, and treasury products.
  • Solid understanding of local market dynamics, macroeconomic factors, and the regulatory environment.
  • Strong client relationship management and business development capabilities, with a track record of successful deal origination and execution.
  • Excellent academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or related disciplines .
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken) is essential.
